Your role
IIn this role, you’ll drive AUTOSAR-related efforts and ensure that our products meet demanding technical requirements. This is an expert position with a high level of responsibility – AUTOSAR will be your main focus and the area where you’ll have the greatest impact. At the same time, you're part of a collaborative development team, and depending on your interests and our project portfolio, you may also get the chance to contribute to other exciting projects. 

Key responsibilities

• Lead AUTOSAR development internally as the company’s go-to expert.
• Work closely with our experienced developers and collaborate with customers’ engineering teams.
• Manage requirements, write code for the target platforms, run tests, and follow up on results.
• Be involved throughout the full development cycle – from idea to finished product.

Are You the Right Fit for Us?
We are looking for a passionate engineer with a genuine interest in electronics who thrives on solving challenges and driving innovation. You are a team player with strong social and communication skills and comfortable working with both colleagues and customers.

• A Master degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Several years of experience working with AUTOSAR Classic environments.
• A solid background in embedded development, ideally on microcontrollers such as TriCore and ARM Cortex-M.
• Experience with C programming and working close to the hardware.
• A structured mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality code.
